- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The cashier-level staff here always seemed inexperienced to me, but were generally friendly and helpful. I got the sense that management did not put a priority on being friendly or helpful -- visiting the store always felt like an imposition. I agree with other reviewers that this shop seems below the UPS corporate standard, and I imagine it maintains its business because Duke students have few other options.By Oliver Peckham, May 16, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I love this UPS. Manager Maury and the other senior staff are always professional, knowledgeable, and helpful to me. Their poster printing service truly has a turn around within hours, which is the best thing for grad students. They obviously know their customers and continue to adjust their hours and services to better serve us.
