  I want to thank Thomas for caring about my opinion he called and apologize to me and that means alot that he did that I know sometimes we have a bad day or we get caught up in our work and I want to say thank u for calling me and apologizing it means so much that u took the time to do it!! the lawyer himself was very nice and professional now he's receptionist has no customer service we had an appt at 3:30 and when we walked in at 3:22 she said can i help you and we said we have an appointment she said at 3 (with a attitude) I said no 3:30. she gave me paperwork no smile what so ever. she was not friendly at all. my husband was in the waiting area with my 4 yr old daughter and she was having a conversation with my husband and she told my daughter to be quiet. I really think he could use someone nicer to attend people
