Our representative/adviser was always professional and well versed in the particular investments we required in our retirement. - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆My experience with the Southpoint office was great while I transferred money into the firm but once the money was there, my experience was very poor. I never had just one advisor/person to connect with. Mistakes were made which caused delays in transactions. I was not comfortable. My go to person was in Florida. There were multiple problems.
