- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been waiting for over a month to get a title transferred to another state. No one is willing to assist, and instead tell me it is out of their control because the office in California is reponsible to assist. Customer Service refuses to direct me to anyone other than the title deparatment who either cannot or will not help.By William Heitzman, May 12, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆We love Coastal and they have been good to us until this specific branch royally messed up our debit and credit card renewal!!! NOT HAPPY.
